Fascia projects was founded by Michaël De Meyst in 2024, inspired by his extensive experience as a project manager in the life sciences industry. Throughout his career, Michaël observed that many project managers excel in their technical management skills, but often lack a deep understanding of compliance. This gap in knowledge prompted him to establish Fascia projects—a consultancy firm specializing in project management for the pharmaceutical and broader life sciences sector, with a particular focus on compliance expertise.
The name “Fascia” is derived from Latin, referring to the connective tissue in the body connecting muscles, bones, joints and providing both strength and flexibility. In the same way, Fascia projects aims to connect all elements and teams within a project, providing structure and cohesion while maintaining the adaptability needed to navigate challenges and to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
